"The hotel did a great job. To bad we used Expedia to get the room. Because we almost ended up hours from home without a place to stay! Expedia sold us a room that the hotel did not have. The staff worked hard to find a room for us and we were able to stay the night."

"Very nice location right downtown close to a lot of different restaurants and shops. Easy to leave from the hotel and explore a little bit. Our room was excellent, the bed was very comfortable after our 10 hours on the road and the hot tub was awesome! Our only real complaint was the glass for the shower being see through from both sides. Not a big deal for couples travelling together but some privacy in the bathroom would’ve been nice. The staff at the front counter were also friendly and got us checked in to our room without any issue and also explained the parkade situation to us. We will definitely be staying here during our future trips to Prince George! "
