"Staff were friendly and helpful, the parking cost per day was outrageously high. Even for self parking. It’s clear that the hotel has been used and worn down in public ares. Paint missing, broken light fixtures, some unexplained markings on the wall. I was there 3 nights and not once was my room made up or towels collected or any kind of torn down service which was disappointing. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. This is an average hotel at best with the price being the best thing going for it. Low on amenities and thrills."

"I paid a deposit through hotels.com, and I was under the impression that I would be charged the remaining amount upon arrival. However, the full amount of the stay was held on my card, plus $100 per night. That was almost $1000 of my money I could not spend. I was not happy about that at all. The lady that checked me in at the desk did not even advise me of this. I found out only by checking my bank account."

" I actually enjoyed my stay overall — the hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and met expectations. I also want to specifically call out the restaurant staff — our waitress was absolutely fantastic and provided great service. Unfortunately, the billing experience completely overshadowed what would have otherwise been a positive stay. I was charged twice for the same reservation — once through Hotels.com and again directly by the hotel (processed through Expedia). When I contacted the hotel, they acknowledged the duplicate charge and admitted it was an error. However, despite that, no refund has been issued. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, and the hotel responded with documentation claiming the charge was valid, which contradicts what I was told directly. It’s frustrating because the stay itself was good, but the way this situation has been handled is very concerning. With so many other hotel options available, this simply isn’t worth the risk of dealing with questionable billing practices. I would not stay here again."

"Not enough closet space. Too much emphasis on over-priced room snacks and drinks. Some in-room amenities were missing (microwave, ironing board) Hotel is ok for a 2-night stay or less. For longer visits, I would consider another property. As a business traveler, I need convenience."

"I had a great stay at the Homewood Suites Buckhead in Atlanta. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Buckhead and close to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, which made getting around Atlanta very convenient. The hotel itself felt very safe, which was something I really appreciated during my stay. Another big plus is the free self-parking, which is a great benefit in Buckhead where parking can often be expensive. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The suite-style rooms are spacious and perfect if you’re staying more than a night or two. I also liked having the small kitchen area, which made the room feel more like a home away from home. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight of the stay, with great breakfast options and a nice variety to choose from each morning. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out and always willing to help whenever needed. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. If you’re visiting Atlanta and want a comfortable place in a great location with free parking, a safe environment, and great breakfast options, Homewood Suites Buckhead is definitely a solid choice. I’d gladly stay here again the next time I’m back in ATL."
