I reported the damaged net curtain to the front desk on the morning after I checked in. The curtain was torn in the middle, making the damage clearly visible and unacceptable for a guest room. The staff assured me that it would be replaced later that day.
However, I was very disappointed to find that the replacement net curtain was in even worse condition, as it was torn at both ends. Replacing one damaged curtain with another that was also torn demonstrated a lack of attention to the condition of the room and did not resolve the issue I had reported.
