"We stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites Galveston - Beachfront the night before our cruise. The lobby was under renovations, so check-in was a little different than usual, but the staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel’s location is excellent—close to the beach, several dining options, and even a Walmart, which was convenient for last-minute needs. The drive to the cruise terminal was straightforward and stress-free. Our room was spacious and clean, though nothing particularly special—comfortable enough for an overnight stay. Breakfast was offered at the adjacent hotel, but we didn’t take advantage of it. Overall, it was a convenient and practical choice for a quick stopover before a cruise."

"Our room overlooked the pool and beach. Very nice view. The poor was loud but that’s expected with kids having fun just something to be mindful of. Breakfast was way overcrowded, I’d recommend they enlarge the room and have at least 2 or 3 people tending it. All the juice, and water was out there was no serving utensil for the potatoes, then not enough seating room for everyone to sit and eat. "

"Our stay was good, even though we never got the extra towels we asked for and the cleaning staff never came by after we asked them to clean our room. We also didn’t receive a call back after someone pulled the fire alarm for the false alarm other than those things the stay was very enjoyable."

"Breakfast room was small and did not offer seating. Parking spots were extremely small. Garden area activities were broken or not provided. No elevator in our section so we had to carry bags up stairs. Pool area was nice and the room was clean and off the beach but not the experience we expected. Drunk people who couldn't get rooms were yelling and hanging out in the enclosed parking lot which made us change our mind about leaving our car there during our cruise. "

"Wonderful property grounds, location was amazing. Huge room with 2 big bedrooms and gorgeous balcony. The only negative was that they were working on the elevator so we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs."
