"House is clean and tidy. The kitchen has everything we need. Water pressure and temperature in all bathroom are perfect. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The heater in ground floor got very loud noise after few hours central heating been turn on. Need to turn up the heating,(e.g. from 0 to 2, from 2 to 3)to stop the noise. "Open kitchen, dining and living room, bathroom are very clean. Bedrooms are fairly clean, may improve for cleaning of the beds. A few hinges of the cabinets for clothings need to repair. WiFi and TV are excellent. The house and facilities are family friendly, except that there is no dishwasher, no box tissue, no kitchen paper and only 1 roll of tissue paper was provided for 5 persons for staying 4 days/3 nights."

"We stayed overnight at The Gateway Inn for a nearby family function and it was absolutely lovely - we wish we could have stayed longer and definitely intend to come back. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms and bar/restaurant are all comfortably and beautifully finished. Our room was impeccably cleaned, furnished beautifully and had lovely amenities included (toiletries and tea/coffee, biscuits). Do pay attention to the hotel’s flag when booking about some rooms being less accessible to some patrons. We had to use quite a small, curved staircase part of the way to get to the room. The room at the end was well worth it and it was not an issue for us but it might be more difficult to use for others. The breakfast was delicious too and reasonably priced. We’re definitely going to try and visit again for a longer stay rather than a quick stop over."

"Not very clean in the room and toilet,curtains was hanging off the runner's. There are 2 main roads each side of the hotel and it was very noisy.when booking they did say they didn't have a car park,but it was ok to use the hotel across the road,there isn't an hotel across the road.the only parking was a cricket club 500mtrs plus down the Rd to park at"

"Stunning hotel and grounds. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Bar and restaurant are lovely and the breakfast was delicious. The best part for me was the walk through the woods. Truly magical and so peaceful. Staff were very helpful! No aircon in the room which was a shame since we came at a really hot time however they did provide a fan which worked well."
