"This is my 2nd NYC Pod stay. The first was a few months ago at Pod 39. Both are wonderful, but the Times Square is in a much nicer area (the walk from the subway to Pod 39 is dismal... No good places to eat... Just yuck). My only complaint about the Times Sq Pod was that the mattress was deeply dented on the open side (the other side is against the windows). I let them know it needed to be flipped, which should help. Otherwise I love pods. I love the modern, delightfully efficient/clever design, the cleanliness, and the lack of stupid use it or lose it charges, like laundry, food, etc. that most hotels have. Highly recommended!"

"The staff was great and very helpful. Bartenders were a little slow and never looked our way to make sure no one needed anything. The room I stayed in was clean and was nice but a little small for my liking. Especially the bathroom. Overall, it was a good first experience for me in New York! "
