"The hotel and my room were very clean. The staff especially Sophi and Sandy at the front desk were always eager to answer all my needs. The lady at breakfast time in the morning and the guy at the omelet station were really nice as well. The décor is fantastic. It puts you right in the heart of country music. They only thing that needs to be improved is the patio set by the pool. The cushions really need to be changed. Other than that everything was perfect. I did not use the pool but I appreciated having my cocktail by the pool at the beginning of the evening. It was very relaxing after a long day exploring Nashville."
