One suggestion I have is to be more transparent about the room location when guests book an ocean-view balcony. I booked an ocean-view balcony room expecting to have a clear view of the ocean. While my room technically faced the ocean, it was on the second floor, and the view was completely blocked, so I wasn’t able to see the water at all.
It would be very helpful if guests knew in advance what floor their room would be on, or at least that lower-floor ocean-view rooms may have limited or completely obstructed views. That information would help set the right expectations and allow guests to choose the option that best fits what they’re looking for."
