"Great stay especially for the value. Staff were friendly, professional, and well dressed. Hotel was scenty at times but clearly from constant cleaning as it was pretty spotless in most places. Our room was great and well stocked for our needs. Even a couple mini bottles of water and Hershey kisses waiting for us. Great location for getting to Disney. Could not be better location and the amenities themselves warrant some time to hang on site and play/relax. Some notes for guests: parking is extra ($15/night), breakfast is free (complimentary), and there is a full service restaurant on site (we ordered room service and that food was actually quality; even the kids Mac and cheese was from scratch). Room was in great shape, minus a few oddities - ice machines on site, but no buckets or anything to bring the ice back to your room; one of the towel hooks visibly missing; shower know loose. Otherwise the room was very clean and well stocked with starter goods. Floors are wood like tile so def wear socks or shoes to keep your feet clean. Overall great resort and likely our choice for future stays to the parks."

"When we needed to go to beds the Park Central South Beach doubled our rate. When we wanted to go back to the half price room they said only available after the doubled price plus $100. We didn't pay it and stayed in the double ADA (good room by the way) but it faced the alley. The hotel seemed more interested in the restaurant than the lobby and hotel guests. We will most likely refrain from returning. "
