"It took 3 times for our key to open the door and we couldn't reach anyone by phone and had to walk back down; after reprogramming them 3 times they moved us to a different room. the room had a very stale order and the bunk room wouldn't cool off . "

"We had a great stay overall at this hotel. The indoor and outdoor pools were a big highlight—especially the slide and lazy river, which made it fun for both kids and adults. The included breakfast was a nice bonus and had plenty of options to start the day right. Our room was impressively spacious, giving us lots of room to relax and not feel cramped. A few small areas could be improved, but nothing that took away from a very enjoyable experience. We’d definitely consider staying here again!"

"The hotel is in a great location, easy to get to and ample parking in the back of the hotel. The physical location of the hotel is about 20 minutes walking distance from The Island at Pigeon Forge, several go-kart attractions next to The Track Family Fun Parks and Pirates Voyager Dinner show. It’s literally right next to Lost Mine Mountain Coaster & Mini Golf too. The breakfast is good with lots of hearty foods and protein options to choose from. There’s a fireplace and seating out back along with the hot tub and a small outdoor pool. The indoor pool is small. The workout area is in a big room but 2 of the treadmills were out of order and the ellipticals had broken handles and malfunctioning menus, definitely low quality machines and disappointing models as they are quite outdated and don’t function properly which is frustrating if you want to use them. The rooms appear comfy and clean until closer inspection reveals hair in crevasses, corners and edges along the sides of the walls, even behind the door. I did have a stained comforter which was revealed when the sheets got messed up from sleeping one night. I did have a makeup stained pillowcase. Everything appears clean upon closer inspection. I would say you pay for what you get, but it’s a bit disappointing when the hotel is affiliated with Hilton. Would I stay again, depends on price and what I want to put up with. The rooms were quiet, it was spring break and we never dealt with noise on any level or area. "

"Lobby,dining,outdoor areas are beautiful, pool & hot tub are great! Includes a small, shallow pool on upper level, separate from the large pool for the little ones. Pool area smelled very strongly of chemicals so were unable to spend too much time enjoying the hot tub after our long travels because our eyes were burning too badly. Maybe if one of the exterior doors was propped to vent the area it would have been tolerable. The hotel is currently going through a complete remodel, however our room was not one that had been done yet. It sounded like they were working in either the unit above or next to ours, but construction ended plenty early and didn’t start until late enough in the morning to allow everyone time to sleep. From the items being discarded and piled in the lot out back, the units will receive all new furnishings, including mattresses, tile flooring, heat-A/C units, the works! The new beds are needed…I’ve slept on worse, but the mattresses were hard, lumpy and the springs were loud every time one of us moved. Hopefully the new beds correct that. The “connected” room next to ours had a group of really loud girls, sounded like a dance party going on next door until after 11pm, making it difficult for my family to fall asleep, but after a long day of driving we were too tired to ask to move rooms. Breakfast included biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage links, toast, bagels, instant oatmeal & selection of mix-in’s, cold cereal, yogurt, bananas, juice, coffee, tea"

"The breakfast this hotel offers, is across the street and you get a voucher for 3 pancakes per person plus a drink. The room is a bit outdated and dirty. The pool is never cleaned and the 2nd jacuzzi did not work so everyone crammed into one. The poolside chairs were dragged around by other hotel guests and the chair pads were all over the place. The older guy working the night shift, could care less about what was going on or keeping the amenities in hood condition. "
