"The staff was great, very friendly, and helpful. When we checked in, our room didn't have proper bedding or blankets. They provided towels free of charge, which was helpful. The property was relatively clean, but the toilets could be cleaner. They served coffee for free 24/7, which was great."

"Excellent choice. The hotel has a fantastic location very close to important historical site and walking by the Spree River just a few steps. Staff very nice and tentative, housekeeping checking twice a day, and the supervisor came every afternoon to see if everything was ok and to offer water. Thank you. Breakfast excellent , great variety of foods. Staff at front deck fantastic and helpful. Tapas y Vinos very nice choice for after a long walking day and to stay in the hotel. Thank you for your service. Recommend 100 percent."

"The hotel was very clean and modern. The reception staff when we arrived were efficient but not especially welcoming. The room had very comfortable beds, was clean and tidy, but the lighting in the room was terrible - very dark. The pool is very small but pleasant, but the changing facilities in the spa were very cramped. The location of the hotel is excellent - very central and walking distance of most of the major sights. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast - fantastic selection on the buffet each morning which was all delicious, and good coffee. The only let down was one morning we came down they couldn’t find us a table because they were catering for a conference party and put us in the atrium public seating area away from the restaurant and expected us to walk back and forth up and down steps with our selection from the buffet which was not ideal because the hotel was so crowded. We had one evening meal on the first night which was tasty but small menu, small portions and overpriced compared to other local restaurants. The cocktails were good but again pricey. Overall a great first trip to Berlin thank you."

"Hôtel très bien situé et à côté de la Gare Centrale. L’hôtel est joli, propre et très bien entretenu. Les chambres sont petites mais correct pour 3 personnes. Chambre très propre. Un restaurant de pâtes et pizza au red chaussée qui est délicieux. Les déjeuners sont très bien."
