"Room was good and enjoyed the kettle/microwave, though we had a few toiletry replenishment requests (e.g. kleenex, soap). A hairdryer would have been a nice addition as well as some complimentary spa samples since the spa is on-site. Glad for the free parking as we did a one-day rental. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Wake up call on last morning was missed, but we managed fine nonetheless. Kudos to the two Bistro staff who were great (Rahim makes a nice latte)!"

"We loved our stay at the Whale Guest House -- we stayed in the Blue House. It was easy to find and check in/out, impecably clean, comfortable bed and shower, and has amazing views of the surrounding bay and open ocean in the distance from inside and the outdoor patios. The host / staff were incredibly helpful before hand with information on local restraunts and things to see or do (including boat local boat tour recommendations), and we arrived earlier than planned and allowed us to check in in advance which was greatly appretiated. On our final night we treated ourselves to an amazing hot tub under the full harvest moon reflecting over the Atlantic - it was a perfect way to wrap up our stay in Newfoundland. Thank you!"
