"The access code to get in the building was not shared by the property and the process for self check in was not shared. We did not have a German number and did not have a way to reach the property management. After more than an hour of waiting outside the building, someone helped us call the property and that’s how we got in. Also, there’s no cleaning facility provided. The room was quite nice and spacious. It also had a good kitchen."

" We arrived at the hotel around 10pm. We were tired and cold, but as soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with the warmest receptionist named Yaiza (if I wrote her name correct). She was really helpful, professional and very courteous. She made sure that everything was fine with our stay. She made our stay very pleasant. THANK YOU! Great room was very clean and nice size bed.
