"We wrote to the hotel that we should arrive after 21:00....no response or check-in arrangements were sent to us. We got there at 22:30 and the self check in machine was down....so no help. Eventually some guy / staff member appeared from nowhere.... First he said our booking is not real.... despite giving him my printed reservation and booking number.... despite being paid already! Then we managed to get a room. The guy refused to validate our room for wifi and said to use the visitor option instead. When we did that, the option required a French mobile phone number.... so we had no wifi. Incredible. The room had a bathroom door with no handles, etc, etc....never again here.... "
"2nd time of staying as a pit-stop for our journey to South of France. Great location just off the motorway in a pleasant town with plenty of bars/restaurants. Easy secure parking underneath the hotel, quick check-in and a comfortable nights sleep, perfect for our needs."
"L'hôtel est bien situé, au calme. Toutefois, l'entretien laisse à désirer. Le papier de la chambre était déchiré entre 2 lés.
La penderie a été changée mais aucune finition de faite! On voit encore l'emplacement des anciennes étagères, les trous etc.
Dommage!"
