"Well once I'd found the place, Hotels.com directions via linked map were incorrect and took me to the wrong location via a logging track up another mountainside some 20km away, it was lovely. Apartment was clean and modern and the views were stupendous. And the food and service at Le Petit Montagnard were beautifully authentic."

We had to sleeps both windows open with one that did open at the top, Meaning we had to sleeps both windows as it was very hot with a window all open. "Great place to stay, just off the village square, right next to the Mont Blanc Hotel, and two minutes walk from Le Chamois Télécabine. A quiet, calm and convenient location - especially for getting on the first lifts. Could do with refreshing the cutlery and crockery as a couple of items missing, but that is the worst it gets. The only word of warning, make sure you order the bedding and towels beforehand as they are not included in the base price. "

"This is a very convenient location, by the lake with and a short stroll to town. Rooms were well appointed and very clean. I appreciated the still and sparking water fountains on each floor, with reusable bottles available. Underground parking was very helpful, staff let us park after we checked out for a time, as we went back into the town. Pool and patio areas are lovely and the cafe had all we needed (we didn’t make it to the first floor restaurant). Staff were very friendly and helpful, gracious with my limited French and switched to English as needed."
