Great expeeience
It was amazing. Service was excellent. Balcony view was great. Comfort was great. Room was clean and spacious. Amenities like hot water, kettle, heater were available.

Avoid at all cost, don't even think to stay here.
The worst hotel, I have ever stayed. Booked two rooms and paid fully upfront, also got a call on the day of check-in from the hotel, even that time informed them will be arriving by 4 PM and booking is for 2 rooms, the lady who talked said all OK. When reached the person at the reception said only one room booked and not two. The total trip was spoiled because of this problem, the hotel blames hotels.com have not booked the rooms and hotels.com customer care says two rooms booked, don't know who is the real culprit. Forced to stay in one room the whole group of 6 people including two kids. Next day again on cash payment gave one room, but no breakfast, third day again forced to stay in one room again on extra payment. The hotel's motive is only to milk as much as money possible from the guests. The property is fairly new and the rooms are nice, but washrooms are poorly maintained, very bad smell, no room heater (the temperature outside is in minus), no power backup, morning no hot water, small electric geyser is in the washroom which will take atleast 30 min to give less than a bucket hot water, wifi is there, but no internet. If you want to enjoy your trip, then simply avoid this hotel.
