"We stayed here nearly 2 weeks. Place was very nice. Quality-price ratio was very good for family of five. Kids loved the pool and we parents also. I personally have travelled in Thailand before in large turist places like Patong so this was very nice change! We all loved to be away from the overcrowded places. The villa was nice and there were everything we needed. There was slight problems with wifi, but those were ok cos we all use too much devices :) Car rental was very smooth and we did it...

"I wouldn't advise anyone to even consider this place, I was basically abandoned for 6 days, the agency phone always went unanswered, the bathroom is filthy with mould growing on the blinds and there was hair left in the shower, the shower is dangerous as it's practically impossible to get into because its so high, no slip mat if things go wrong. Cleaning is promised on a daily basis, someone turned up once. There's nothing in the place to clean up after yourself not even a broom or dustpan and...

"Staff members were excellent, always very attentive and respectful. The resort itself has so many places where one can spend relaxing times in the lap of nature. The complementary breakfast and cocktail hour at the Club Pakarang were itself worth the price paid for the room!
