Great location in city center close to the water front. Breakfast uninteresting and we always had to wait for clean glasses/bowls. Biggest issue was light coming through the air vents and the airconditioner set to blow directly on the bed - which caused a bit of discomfort as it was necessary to keep going during the night for keeping the room cool.

City hotel is located in a terrific spot, close to restaurants and shopping. The staff are great especially the guy who started his role that day when I needed assistance with the hotel’s computer. He found a solution to my predicament. Breakfast is great but if you want a good coffee it costs €2.

We love staying at the City hotel, as the service is outstanding, the breakfast buffet is superb and the ambiance and decoration very pleasant. It can get noisy though from the street as it’s always busy and vibrant, from other guests as well as maybe some rooms are not as sound proof efficient as expected. But this only happened in one of our rooms so not the norm. We’re definitely coming back, thank you to reception staff that are always very helpful.
