"Value for money is great, staff are helpful during stay and before for coordinating driver/guide. The setting in the forest is much nicer than staying in town. The only thing I felt was a let down were the pillow, too tall and hard so had to sleep without."

"The room was very spacious. The staff was incredibly kind. Thimphu is small enough you can walk everywhere. If you do a hike or anything they’ll make you a “to go” box. My ONLY complaint is you can hear noises outside, but if you are a heavy sleeper it will be fine. Wonderful hotel."

Location is also good , overlooking the big Buddha statue. Owner himself was there to look after the guests. It is on a cliff. Sufficient car parking. "
