Carnival de Loule'
Carnival de Loule'
Shrine of Nossa Senhora da Piedade, perhaps more attractive from afar than within, this church can be reached on foot from Loule in about twenty five minutes via the steep cobbled lane.
Loule has many lovely backstreets and alleyways, pebble-paved and filled with exotically coloured buildings.
#TroveOn
Each year countries around the world celebrate Mardi Gras and then 40 days later the resurrection of Christ.

While in Loule, Portugal during this time of feasting we visited Cafe Calcinha. Cafe Calcinha is one of the oldest cafes in Loule. And if you're looking to enjoy a moment, it's easy to find by looking for the bronze statue of Antonio Aleixo. He is sitting outside just welcoming a picture or to share a bica.
