"The TV was not good — streaming slow. The hot water handle was broken. Staff and location are excellent!"

"I would not stay here if I were you. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations and there was construction going on everyday that I was there. Each morning you're woken up by loud drills and banging. I can't speak to how it will be post-renovation but right now it is unfit for guests. The water was even shut off in the middle of the day one day. Completely unacceptable."

"The location of this hotel can’t be beat! Most of the surrounding properties have a rocky coastline without great beach access. This one is located on a lagoon so you can enjoy a dip in calm waters surrounded by beautiful fish! We easily scored chairs and an umbrella each day. The rooms could certainly use a dehumidifier as there was a bit of a mildew smell and things just felt damp due to the ocean being right outside your door. BUT that’s my only complaint. We will stay here again next time we come to the island!"

"Our toilet got clogged multiple times with no one to fix it for hours and even overnight. Our water went out regularly and if it came back it would come back cold with no pressure. Front desk, Jose was extremely rude and unprofessional when voicing our concerns about the lack of bathroom. When asking for a change in room the hotel was apparently full and no one could come until the next morning to fix any issues. The other front desk staff were nice and trying to be helpful and it was secure property. Overall, not great service or accommodations."
