Lovely place, there were quite a few breakable objects in the house and very steep steps to main bedroom so not ideal for small children. It felt a bit unkept with cobwebs and crumbs on the floor. We still enjoyed our stay and would still recommend.

The Coffeemachine was leaking. Oven, but no gloves. Many flys and mosquitoes, but no fly screens on any window. Fluffy towels, but they did not absorb the water good. The advertise welcome drink couldn‘t be found. But over all it was a good experience.

Leider stimmt hier Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gar nicht. Unterkunft dreckig, alles voll mit Ameisen. Schlechte Küchenausstattung. Beschädigte Möbel. Insgesamt alles (Betten, Möbel etc) alles absolute Billigware. Garten zwar groß aber überhaupt nicht schön angelegt. Nicht mal Seife gab es und man muss die Unterkunft am Ende besenrein und mit abgezogenen Betten verlassen. Bei über 500 EUR pro Nacht passt das leider gar nicht.

Wenn man eine Luxus Villa für den preis bucht hat man auch hohe Erwartungen so wie bei allen anderen Hotels und Villen die wir bis jetzt gereist sind .Hier war leider anders das Villa in sich und der Personal waren gut jedoch drin in der Villa befanden sich überall Spinnennetzen sowie Armeisen in Kompleten Küche und Schlafzimmer so das wir in oberen Zimmer schlafen müssten wo die Raum Temperatur 28 grad betracht so ,dass man garnicht aushalten konnte vor allem mit kleinem Kind so bald man lüften wollte kamen sofort in Wolke mäßig Mücken/fliegen Die Kaution die man am Anfang zahlt nach 2 Wochen und mehrere anrufe ist die immer noch nicht da. Wir würden dort nicht nochmal hin reisen und auch kein content/Werbung machen .

Nicht gefallen hat uns der Punkt, dass der Ofen nicht funktionierte und auch während unseres Aufenthalts nicht repariert werden konnte. Die Lage zwischen NLRTM und BEANR ist super und man ist in beiden Städten sehr schnell.

Sehr tolles Resort. Wir hatten die Villa gemietet. Am Strand, guter Ausblick, Ruhige Lage. Ich werde definitiv wieder kommen! Negativ: Die Klimaanlage habe ich nicht verstanden, eine kleine Anleitung auf English wäre praktisch und ein Insektengitter wäre auch gut. Am Abend kommen alle Insekten rein..... TV ist ein älteres Model. (Kein Smart-TV)

Leider hatte die Unterkunft bei 24°C Außentemperatur eine Innentemperatur von 27,5°C. (keine Klimaanlage) Lüften ist nur sehr begrenzt möglich, da unglaublich viele Insekten fliegen und es keinerlei Insektengitter gibt. Sobald es dunkel wird, müssen alle Öffnungen geschlossen werden, da ansonsten in wenigen Minuten unendlich viele Mücken hereinfliegen. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war nicht befriedigend - Heizkörper voller Spinnweben, überall Flecken von erschlagenen Insekten... Für den Preis sehr enttäuschend. Leider muss eine Kaution (bei uns 400 €) zwei Wochen vor Reiseantritt tatsächlich bezahlt (Überweisung, Kreditkarte, Paypal) werden. Beim Checkout wurde mir eine Rückerstattung binnen zwei Wochen zugesagt - gedauert hat es mit mehreren Nachfragen 3,5 Wochen. Das ist inakzeptabel.

Great spot, bring amenities with you.

We had a great stay at Oesterdam. It has a nice walking/bath path right outside the area when you'd like some fresh air. The 3 bedroom booking was super clean, looked out on the water and the kitchen was pretty well equipped. If you plan on doing serious cooks, I'd suggest bringing your own knife. The only real downside is that I wish it was clearer on the listing that you'll need to bring some extras if staying more than two days. More toilet paper (they stock one roll per bathroom), a scrub brush for the dishes, dish soap, dishwasher fluid (they provide two cubes initially). They don't provide body wash, lotion, shampoo, or conditioner. Otherwise, that's pretty simple to fix with a quick grocery shop. We really enjoyed our stay.

Tot rust komen in een splinternieuwe hotel was een goede keuze. De suite is heel mooi met uitzicht naar de haven. Ontbijt was heerlijk en de spa was fijn, iets klein maar met prachtig uitzicht ook. We hebben genoten!

Stijlvol ingerichte huisjes met een fijne tuin. Sommige huisjes kijken uit op de parkeerplaats, zelfs vanaf de bank in het huisje. Dit terwijl de andere kant een wijds uitzicht geeft over het meer.
