Bainbridge hotel that works out

Definitely a decent hotel for the area. Room was spacious. Cleaning staff was nice.

The hotel is very overpriced and worn out. They also charged a pet fee that was not revealed ahead of time and was not refundable. Many times there was no staff at the front desk. Bad management.

Room was clean and good condition. Intended to eat breakfast before we left. Went down to dining room 4 times between 8:30 and 10:00. All the food was gone except for cereal and fruit. Never was restocked.

Often good location, but terrible this time.

No shampoo in the room. Not enough towels. The morning of check out, no breakfast was being served due to the kitchen staff had quit. No fruit was out for breakfast, all coffee had been consumed with no replacement. No muffins, sweet rolls, or bread. Only burnt eggs, and old potatoes. Pork sausage was refilled, but I do not eat pork. Worst stay at a Hampton Inn I have ever been to.

Love the new construction and inside interior, outside look well kept up, staff had excellent customer service. I had one issue with the toilet stool not flushing properly but the most part I would recommend the hotel to others

ur room - ice bucket and cups. We asked front desk for an ice bucket and her response was somewhat nonchalant. The pool and hot tub were closed for Maintenance which was not an issue at all. There were 2 elevators but only one was in service so things moved slowly.
