The staff were very unprofessional I lost out on money booked a room got there and me and my 3 small children were waiting for hours so I left it was 3am we booked another room down the road

The room was… somewhat clean, had patches of paint off the walls, when you turn on the water faucet, the water was yellow and dirty, the toilet looked new. It looked like they made an effort as an upgrade, the shower had a loose fixture and felt like it was going to come off in my hand, The I’m assuming owners wanted $80 for a deposit which is a normal credit card thing, but they would only take cash and wouldn’t give me a receipt for it. They said I would get that back in the morning. It was 1030 at night and I was exhausted or I would’ve left. I had to check the beds to make sure there was nothing in them, and it just seemed overall un camped and down. No coffee maker, but a nice refrigerator I will say if I had needed it! But I am all about the coffee and there is no coffee in there. There was a small thing of shampoo and two small things of soap, but no conditioner or lotion or any other amenities to speak of. I would not recommend this place although it is pet friendly. I was able to park out front, although I wanted to make sure I could park right in front of my room because I was in a nice car and it looked like a sketchier place once I got there. Online it doesn’t look so bad.

We decided to stay at this hotel/motel because it was advertised as a different hotel when paying the fee just to find out it was a motel 6 when we got there. Staff support was horrible. I barely understood what he what saying due to language barriers and had to point to a list in order for me to understand what he was asking me. Wanted to charge me $80 non-smoking room fee which you would think they would charge you for a smoking room. The room was a mess, beds was hard, floors were dirty and the bathroom was worst. My daughter went to take a shower and the handle fell off the the pipe. When checking out had to wait 20 mins as the same staff was sleeping and didn't here the bell/ringer. Won't be staying or consider staying again at a OYO MOTEL ever again!

객실 추웠다, 방 청소상태 안좋았다. 침대 이불에서 곰팡이 냄새났다, 뜨거운물이 잘 안ㄴ나왔다..침대에서 종류 모를 벌레가 나와 휴지로 잡아서 버렸다..사진은 멋진데 실제는 너무 딴판이었다.또사 선태하라면 하지 않을것이다.다만 접근성은 좋았댜하지만 전반적으로 비추이다

WWhen you walk into the lobby, there is a smell. That has to stop. The front desk attendant walked around barefoot. The room was okay. This place used to be a motel so it’s old. It took ten minutes for me to get hot water in the shower and the water pressure with no fluff. The female front desk attendant barely spoke with no fluff. The female front desk attendant barely spoke English so it was very challenging when speaking with her.
