"The customer service was excellent. After I checked I to my room. The bathtub was still dirty. I asked the staff to clean it up and they cleaned in a timely manner. The seal of my toilet broke and I asked the service desk to fix that also. Took about 3 hours and they fixed it while I was out. The hotel also provided shuttle services to popular tourist spots on the island."

"When we arrived at the resort after a long taxi ride, we received a fantastic welcome from the staff. Martin (the Guest Manager) quickly seated us at a table in the lounge, where we were served a refreshing drink and cold towels. He took care of the entire check-in process there and explained how everything works at the resort.
While we were waiting for our room to be ready—we arrived well before check-in—we were served afternoon tea. The rooms at this resort offer a spectacular view, as it is built along a mountainside overlooking the ocean. We were completely overwhelmed.
The staff at this resort are absolutely wonderful. Everyone makes sure you have everything you need and is always happy to stop for a friendly chat, which makes the experience feel very personal. They remember what we usually order and ask the next time if we would like to have the same again.
Examples of staff groups we interacted with include the lounge, breakfast, reception, traffic control, housekeeping, gardening, transport/shuttle, restaurant, and bar staff. Every single one of them is outstanding."
