"Our kids decided to go with us. We paid an additional $60 for the three days which was fine. But when our family visited us and swam for an hour each day we were charged $10 for each person. The owner came outside while they were visiting to make sure we paid. But there were homeless people sleeping in the gazebo and using the restrooms and getting free breakfast. They don't stay at the front desk. They stay in a room down the hall and when you ring the bell they come up front. But sometimes in pajamas. Our door handle didn't close unless you messed with the door latch and help pull it out. We were there for four days and had to request more tool paper almost every day. We had to request them to turn lights on in the pool area. They take all the switches off and control them from the front desk. When we asked if they could turn them on he replied but it's 8am. Well it's dark and gloomy outside and we can't see that well. No ac in the pool area. Hot tub jets didn't work fully. Same breakfast three mornings in a row. Potatoes were still frozen in the middle. Wi-Fi is poor, cable doesn't give you many channels. The worst part was the hair all over the bathroom and stains all over the bedding decor covers. We will never stay here again. Go somewhere else!"
