"Room was clean. Staff were cery good. Antonious Waguih ,presumably manager went out of his way to make sure the group were well catered for. Nothing was too much for him. He helped make the room cosier and welcoming.Staff was well co ordinated and communication between the 2 parties was brilliant.We never felt ignored. Rooms were brilliant.Breakfast was good although on Alex (Maybe duty Manager)who made us feel like we were a problem all the time. Lots of misunderstanding right from the very word go. Apart from him and his team ,my group had a good time. "

The hotel itself was stunning, both inside and out, with beautiful surroundings and elegant interiors. The spa was absolutely amazing and the highlight of our stay. I would highly recommend booking the spa in advance to avoid missing out, as it’s clearly very popular.
