"Generally good, clean & well equipped. We did have problems with the shower which would only maintain temperature for approx 1 min & then would turn freezing cold. The only way to reset it was to turn it off & back on again for another 1 minute warm shower. Otherwise a nice property with comfy sofas & good value for money. "

"We visit Norfolk every New Year, and this was our first time staying in this building. The building itself is stunning and I had high hopes that our stay would be brilliant. I received clear communication in the run up to booking, but different checking in and out times to those on hotels.com!?! "I have to be honest it’s not overlooking the cathedral it doesn’t come to standard with apartments rented before Shower and Bath luke warm for a bath you need to get pans of hot water from kitchen sink to heat up Cleanliness yes excellent bulbs missing in bathroom and nothing in bedroom except lamps Smallest TV I have ever seen no access to Netflix etc Also Travelnest are terrible only open Monday to Friday 9 till 5 pm please avoid "

The large pond at the edge of the garden, with lots of fish was a winner for our two boys aged 8 and 9. We saw a kingfisher and quite a few amazing birds casually dropping by.
