Honey's Lane, near Thorpe This is the branch of Honey's Lane that leads to Thorpe. The lane is really just a farm road and is not a public right of way along its whole length. In SK7750 to the north are Honey's Lane Farm and Honey's Lane cottages while in SK7748 to the south is Honies Farm.

Thorpe hamlet Very much a manor based hamlet with church, rectory a couple of farms (one being the manor) and various farm workers' cottages. The white cottage remarkably takes its name from the little red object on the opposite of the road - it's called Post Box Cottage.
