"We have been staying at this hotel in Kingston, Ontario at least once a year for the past several years and the way it makes us feel never changes. Always spotlessly clean, incredibly friendly front desk staff and breakfast staff. We Love the location right on the waterfront park and the way we can meander along walkways and pathways edging the waterfront for quite a good ways. LOTS of benches to rest on everywhere and so many interesting things to look at.
It is right beside the vintage steamship Keewatin which is a MUST to tour plus also see the Maritime Museum which is also part of the Keewatin tour ticket.
We always book a corner lakefront room on a high floor so we have lots of light from all the windows and the views over the park and the Harbour and Wolfe Island are stupendous.
The included buffet breakfast is better than most and is kept well stocked.
Last but not least, the Marriott Residence Inn Waters Edge is just a block from the delicious eateries in the next block, both on Ontario and King Streets. Plus on the other side of the street, is the free car ferry dock to Wolfe Island across the way. with another waterside park.
But back to the hotel, as it works to keep its standards of cleanliness, service and comfort at a very high level (and I am fussy!), we will continue to return!"
"Clean room good breakfast 1 thing my wife could not get gluten free bread the metal frame round bed is dangerous you hit your shins on corners you need some sort of padding it's worse at night in dark going to toilet"
"We had a great overnight stay, view of RMC and the ferry was enjoyable. Convenient to manipulate things, we did not need any amenities. Window in our suite is cloudy and should be replaced, would be nice to have a clearer view."

"We had a great stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, which we really appreciated. There was plenty of room to settle in without feeling cramped.
The staff were wonderful. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a great variety of options to choose from.
Overall, we had a really positive experience and would happily stay here again. Great service, comfortable and spacious rooms, and a very welcoming atmosphere!"
