I waited till 4:15..check in is at 4:00pm .i was told my room was not ready by this time my husband was upset and were told to speak to the manager.. He did take care of us at the end . But the staff working the front end were not friendly at least not me.. "

"The AC didnt work very well and the pillows weren’t great from what I typically use meant not a lot of good sleeps. The pool area was nice as well as the pools. Not sure if I’d stay there again as it was pretty pricy comparative to other places I’ve stayed. "
