"Very nice in every way."

"The conditions of this property were abysmal. The lobby and hallways are unkept with an odd smell and the rooms disgusting. Upon entering the room we very quickly discovered a blood stain on the sheets of the bed, stinkbugs, and a loose pill on the ground. The lounge chair and ottoman also had a cheap cover each to hide the age and general state of them. We immediately left and this far have been refused a refund. Absolutely disgusting and appalling."

"Great breakfast, clean comfy room, area seems safe and quiet."

"Stayed 3 nights while visiting the area. First, the good points. Nice size room which had a 2nd sink and mirror in the kitchen. Great when 2+ people getting ready in the morning. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast area is open 6-10am which is nice. Big open space with multiple seating options. Nice looking workout room with multiple machines and dumbbell racks. Now the not so good. The pool was a big letdown. Apparently they had to shock the pool before we arrived. The 1st day the pool was unuseable with high chlorine smell and chemicals floating on top of the water. The 2nd day was a little better and I tried to enter the water. Extremely cold, not like 69 degrees cold , but like ice bath cold and painful to the skin. The 3rd day was no change and we gave up. The breakfast was only mediocre. I’ve had better at other hotels in same price point. Not sure if I would go back a 2nd time. "

"Lobby clean and staff friendly. Smoke filled casino. Nonsmokers had to walk thru smoking areas to get to nonsmoking area. Blue chip tower needs TLC as seemed outdated. Parking in covered garage convenient. "

"Sticky floors in entryway and elevator, room was OLD and the mattress and pillow were very uncomfortable. I understand you get what you pay for, but this was a bit too much. Guy smoking weed in the car outside was there every time I went in and out. The staff is super kind and welcoming but this place is in poor shape.."

"It would be nice if there were some clothes hooks in the room, bathroom and bedroom, besides the closet hangers. And te faucet in our bathroom was really slow, room 313, otherwise, the newly renovated room was beautiful! I love the updated looks of it. The staff was super friendly and helpful."

"Nice stay. They exceed in a lot of areas. Only concern was sleeping in a smoky room. Casino no smoke odors. Room had been smoked in and more than once. Wake up at night and it’s the first thing you smell. Wake up in morn and first thing you smells. Come back to room after being out and first thing you smell. It gets increased in clothes and luggage. Too bad ppl smoke in a non smoking room and hotel cannot get smoke Out once it’s in furniture and carpet and drapes and wallpaper. "
