"I was very impressed by their housekeeping staff. I heard the vacuum cleaner, and I saw her mopping the floor. She changed the sheets because I saw a pile of dirty sheets and a freshly made bed.
That’s incredible because you’d be surprised what housekeeping tries to get away with in other hotels.
Another impressive note, I had a concern and I asked to speak with the manager, she took a moment to listen to my concern and to address the situation.

"Large comfortable room. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent appetizers early evening, then cookies and s’mores roasted on the outdoor fireplace. Great breakfast. "
"Worst stay at any hotel i have ever had. The first night the toilet ran all night waking me up each time it went off throughout the first night. The second day couldn’t use my room card key and that night i closed the bathroom door so it would not be so loud and it locked itself. I called front desk two different ladies came to try to open it but it would not. I Moved rooms that night got to bed after midnight then the alarm went off at 1 am waking me again! Found the next morning that the fridge was not plugged in so my yogurt went bad. Then from that second day the next room key never worked again. Each time i left the hotel i had to go to the office to get back into the hotel its self. i had to go to the office 4 times to get it fixed so i could come and go for the rest of my stay, It was a huge pain in my butt. I had to go to the office and get my card fixed once or twice each day i stayed. The staff was not a problem it was my noisey toilet in the first room and room card key that was the huge problem. I was inconvenienced hugely by having to go to the office two or three times a day and The ladies were apologetic but i paid for 4 days and was not happy and i didn’t get comped for any of the trouble. Yes, they let your dog stay. I will never stay there again huge pain and waste of time having to go get the room key fixed every time i left the room or hotel. "
