The only reason I give it one star was the other guest were loud and throwing stuff arguing call downstairs about it and problem still wasn’t resolved. So my husband and I had absolutely no sleep at all the entire night, and had to both leave and drive couple hrs on no sleep. "

"My boyfriend had left for work and someone knocked on the door around 10:48 I told them don’t open the door. Then the lady down stairs behind the front desk came up and opened the door without knocking with me not having on any pants she saw me naked. How disgusting ! You also could have potentially if not already exposed me to other people . You did not initiate a refund told me to after pleading that you were sorry for 15 minutes and calling people on the phone. I told you I was going to call the police. I called Expedia they said that your company did not answer the phone so at that point I filed a police report. When the police came he stated that you said you made contact with Expedia for me. I’m not aware of what was said. You broke your contract and broke my trust. I feel exposed. You should have never saw me naked. Then you tried to lie and say that the tv was on no it was not. I told the lady not to open the door then you came up and just opened the door. I didn’t need excuses or lies. I told you that apology was not accepted and that you should be careful because someone else might not be as nice as I was. No pants on or underwear on for the world to see you should be apologizing . I CALLED THE POLICE ON YOU! You should all be ashamed of yourself. Sorry doesn’t fix the distress! "

"Then on top of exposing staff for responding with a lie . You opened the door, exposed me naked ! I called the police. I am not a random jobless person. I’m a high class working citizen. You knocked I said don’t open . Then you opened ! You should be apologizing ! Your apology was not accepted. I am still shaken up . You should be ashamed of yourself . I could’ve cursed her out and been rude but I was nice and calm. If my refund is not processed you will face the consequences."

"I specifically booked the hotel because of the airport shuttle, however I was unaware it ran from 8am to 8pm. My flights did not align with that time frame. So I never used the shuttle."

"The room was pretty clean. There were a few cigarette burns in the covers. The WiFi was a little slow, could barely watch my streaming services. The room was very quiet. I couldn’t hear my neighbors at all. The bed was comfortable. I did find it strange that we had to pay a parking fee to park in the parking lot. Not a parking garage, not a shared lot, the lot belonging to the motel."
