We were stranded with a vehicle at dealer it made it very convenient to uswalk over there. The lady at front desk was very helpful to us after we had had a bad few days.

I booked on Travelocity. This property had a 8 of 10 rating. In your dreams! My husband convinced me to try a hotel besides my favorite. I decided to try and totally regret the decision. The lobby is small and dingy. The same clerk was there both check-in and check-out in the morning and she had mobility issues. I saw no other help. The room smelled so bad I had to cover my nose while sleeping. Needless to say, I slept poorly. The covers for the food at breakfast were broken and the food was sparse. We opted to dine out for breakfast.

I’d ask for two rooms none smoking because we don’t smoke and they give me one with terrible smoke smell I did stay there because they didn’t have anymore rooms.

This was one of the worst stays ever, so out dated room. Not very clean. The tv I had to get up to turn down turn channel etc. it was very loud there. The beds where hard and uncomfortable. Then to top it all off I had no hot water. So pissed off I spend $100 bucks for this room. I

Very Disappointed in this room The bathtub was rusted from the faucet all the way to the drain. Not talking a little rust, it was huge. There was mildew growing on the walls. Honestly Its a good thing my wife was not with e she would have requested her money back This room should be condemed

Good stay. Consistent with the brand
Staff was very friendly and accomodating with my change in plans. Beds are comfortable at this chain which is why i choose them after i had back surgery. This particular location is a little loud being right off the exit of the I-10 freeway but i dont get bothered by that kind of thing. It's abouy a 2 mile from the AT&T Center so is a very convenient stay to attend events there.

It is an older property, but the rooms were clean, the TV worked, the AC worked, and the water was hot. I was actually impressed with their breakfast selection. It got the job done.
