Stayed here during a cross-Canada road trip and had a great experience. The room was clean, the location was convenient, and after a long day on the road, the bed was exactly what I needed — super comfortable and quiet. A solid stop for anyone passing through Thunder Bay.

The staff were very friendly and our room was clean. The pool & hottub were not the cleanest though and there was grit on the floor of each.

All the carpet in this hotel needs to be ripped up and replaced. There were stains everywhere on the carpet and the tile at the main entrance looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month. While the staff was courteous this hotel needs some deep cleaning and updates.

We booked the hotel for the hot tub and pool unfortunately the hot tub was cold and broken, no signs or anything posted, only 2 jets worked at the ankles area, the pool was ok I guess warmer then the hot tub but either way I needed to shower. When I asked the staff they had already known of the issue and didn’t know when it was going to be fixed. The room was clean though
