The staff at the front desk were amazing! So helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The staff member working at the breakfast lounge did not seem like she had any interest in being there. But the food was great and the room was perfect! We had an amazing stay in Thunder Bay!

New. Well decorated. Fantastic breakfast. Coffee not available around the clock. Room did lack seating ie. only 2 chairs at the island, and no other table area to eat, so tricky for our family of 5. Poolnis simple, but towels well stocked
