"I would’ve liked the hot tub to be a bit hotter. I have stayed there several times and do not understand how the TV system works. There is no guide several staff, including front desk mechanical and housekeeping have also come to my room to show me the TV and they don’t understand how it works it would be helpful if there was just a little card to show us how to find the guide on the TV."

"I have stayed there many times over the past 2 years. They still haven't fixed the Fire panel and there have been 2 times I've had to evacuate the building. Can someone tell me why I go back?"

"The hotel is well located and there are harbour view rooms with patio. The decor is showing its age / wear though we had everything we needed "

"There were no lotion in the washroom. 2nd day after room service came, did not leave the makeup remover wipes. Requested top level room but was giving me main floor room. Then had to request again then gave me 5th floor room. Parking is rare to find. Overall not a good experience. Will not stay next time. Not a 4 startl quality for sure. "

"We booked a room over looking the water and western Vancouver. The view was fantastic. Well worth the extra money. the hotel is at a fantastic location, surrounded by trendy restaurants in walking distance. The room is spacious and clean. and the self parking next to the hotel is expensive but very convenient. However, the staff at the front desk when we checked in was kind of cold and stern. and did not mention the $50 beverage credit that we should have got. That was very disappointing and cheesy. "
