We checked in and left 30 mins after. The bed was broken, the bed was held up by wood, the bathroom wasn’t clean, the couch was all stained, the front desk was rude. Had to fight to get refunded. No other rooms available

It was a really nice hotel a lot of old world charm

Beach House Resort Hilton Head
The bathroom was clean but outdated. The faucet at the sink had poor water pressure and the grout in between the tiles was moldy and should be replaced. Windows were dirty and sand on the floor in the room.
