"The hotel was clean & comfortable, breakfast was good although things weren’t stocked up very quickly. The hot food emptied quite quickly, we had to wait for clean glasses , cups & plates. Our nights sleep wasn’t great due to there being an event in the hotel. Our room was very close to the party so we could hear the loud music and people constantly coming past our room & shouting. The hotel should put guests not attending the parties at a room further away from the bar & reception."

"First of all, Burntwood is a fabulous hotel. We stopped for my partners 50th birthday so we could visit family in the local area. I can’t fault the cleanliness of our room. It was spotless! Bathroom needs updating and for a superior room the bed should have been bigger. Staff in all areas were professional and a big shout out to the staff and manger of the bar and restaurant, they work hard and always smiling! Brilliant hospitality service. We unfortunately didn’t get to use the pool and facilities and as hotel guests didn’t know if you had to book or could just pop in. Further explanation of this in the room would be helpful. The car charging points were also available which was great. We had a really lovely stay and the hotel, bar and overall experience was fantastic. Whoever oversees and owns this place has really worked hard to make this a really special experience for weddings, spa, health club and hotel guests. We will be back without doubt! Thanks Burntwood."
