During my stay at the my boutique Hotel, I was truly impressed by the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my visit was perfect, from the warm welcome at check-in to the prompt attention to any requests. The room was impeccably clean, and the stunning mountain views added a peaceful touch to my experience. The concierge provided excellent recommendations for local activities and dining. Overall, the hospitality was top-notch, making my stay both comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sapa!

Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Rooms were clean, breakfast was sub par … had dinner twice at their restaurant and food was very good. Weather didn’t cooperate but otherwise a beautiful small hotel.

No shower in the room except bath tub but the water stayed in the tile area between the glass and the bath tub. The room is outdated.
