"Excellent customer service from new owners. They were super friendly, approachable & very accommodating. After having stayed there x1, I was more than happy to stay there again on my return to Maryborough a few days later. The laundry especially needs work but in the meantime the free use of the washer & dryer certainly makes up for it. All in all, both my stays were a very comftable & pleasant experience."

"The bathroom could do with a scrub as a lot of mould on the grout, smears of something on walls. Old mattresses in full brow when driving in and old junk. Seemed there were long term stayers living there? Old and run down. Sheets of plastic out the back of our room, it was raining and dripping was keeping us awake most of the night. Wouldn’t stay again 😕"

"The verandah (apartment 3 on the ground floor) caught morning sun so it was a great place to sit and look at the river and parklands opposite. Could hear person in floor above snoring all night and footsteps are not muted by any soundproofing but it is a heritage building and allowances have to be made. Easy parking. Clean. Comfortable beds."
