Lovely big apartment on a very well kept complex. Will definitely stay again. loved being so close to the hypersldino for fresh pastries for breakfast and a few minutes walk down to the strip. Very central location.

Great hotel

We had a fantastic stay staff couldn’t have been more friendly. Our apartment was cleaned every day. There was a washing machine that included washing powder in the charge. Reception was great on arrival so we will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay

Cinco plazas was in a great location, friendly staff and average facilities. Can see why won awards 10-20 years ago but tired now and in need of an upgrade. Everywhere was very clean. Parking nearby was not easy.

Nice hotel close to the beach and restaurants, good grocery shop nearby. The room was quite big and had everything we needed. The only thing that was a bit weird was the phone ringing at different times during the day, only two or three signals but it was disturbing especially at night.

Somewhere to lay your head.

Complex is fairly big but needs a lot of love to fix the really tired facilities/rooms. Bathroom was broken to bits. Have a shower and the toilet would get soaked. See pic. Pool area is not managed properly as around 70% of sunbeds were reserved with no one on them for hours and hours. So many people couldn’t get any sunbeds. Good check in and friendly staff.

Lovely huge apartments with pool view. Ours was on the first floor, and we had a massive balcony area out front. The complex is popular with families, so there are lots of kids enjoying the pool areas, but it's pleasantly quiet after dark.
