The pool was excellent, the complex is literally in the centre of Tias...near the Casino. Anyway the complex has a lovely new bar with very friendly staff and good prices as well. Lots of shops and bars are nearby....

This is a basic , well positioned apartment. I didn’t spend time in the property but it had everything needed and it was clean . The bar area at the pool was nice , a good range of drink. Basic bar food which was also nice , not great at cocktails but all in all I would recommend if you are looking for a clean quiet apartment in a good location

Excellent , we stayed 7 days in a different hotel called bluesea los fiscos which it was a disaster on the last day we decided we wanted to stay 2 more days and we found this place which is just perfect clean ,comfortable and with an amazing location just a few minutes walk from ruta 66 , would definitely recommend staying in this place , we’ll be back

La Penita is in a great location. Check in was very pleasant and quick. Our apartment was clean enough and had plenty of kitchen equipment. The towels are small and very well worn. Maid came twice during our stay and again on day before we left to empty bin and leave clean towels. The beds are two singles pushed together , we found that to be very uncomfortable. There isn't any air conditioning, but a fan over bed and stand up fan in main living area. Sun loungers have seen better days. The atmosphere is relaxed and chilled. Staff are very helpful, Cafe with a very reasonably priced menu with good service and happy hour offers on drnks.

Perfect for our short stay, would definitely stay there again. 2minutes from the beach and restaurants and a bus stop to take you around the island less than 10mins away. Staff were all super friendly and the apartment and pool area were spotless!

Great Holiday

Just got back from our holiday at these apartments. Cannot find fault for the money we paid, apartments are spacious and the staff are friendly. Great location, at the edge of the strip so not too busy.

Very nice stay

Had a really lovely 3 night stay. The staff were so lovely, the woman on reception was very helpful and spoke really good English. The apartment was very spacious and really clean. Location was perfect with just a 2 minute walk to the strip and beach. Pool was very nice and plenty of sun beds. Will defiantly be back, thank you very much.

We could come and go as we pleased as we had our own keys. It is in easy walking distance of the shops, strip and beach. Cleaners were in every second day. Only down side to it was the few small cockroaches, but they are everywhere in Lanzarote.

Arrived at 9.30pm. No check-in available so had to show passport etc to a radio with camera door entry. Given directions to our apartment and ended up walking around the complex for over an hour until another resident helped us find our accommodation block

No free wifi, dated, but cheap and okay

Fairly basic, but clean enough. Dated: No free wifi in rooms, is an outdated policy! Only enough hot water for one shower! Cheap pillows. 1980s wall hairdryer. Ground floor rooms could do with a wall/fence so that not visible to all walking past if sat outside. That said it was a cheap place to stay and staff fine.

Great location-Towels on sun beds needs addressing

Great location, clean apartments & decent pool area! Visited a number of times now & the sunbed situation around the pool never improves with residents putting towels on beds from very early & then hardly using the sun beds all day which is ridiculous & shouldn’t be allowed to happen!

Near the new casino

Arrived late about 11 pm but the security man was expecting me, let me in and showed me my room. Everything you need for self catering. You can be on the main strip in 2 minutes and on the beach in 5. Clean and comfortable. Handy for the Peking Duck and Dubliners bar, so that was my catering sorted! A great base in Puerto del Carmen
