We arrived early but were welcomed to the hotel, our luggage was looked after and we were given full access to what the hotel had to offer before officially checking in. Grest hotel and location

Lovely hotel, great centrla location. Been to lanzarote a number of times and this hotel by far the best. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout, lovely pool area, although the pool a bit cold this time of the year (May). Entertainment staff trying hard. Upgraded to all inclusive on arrival. Will be returning.

Friendly and helpful staff, was able to check in early. Was able to store our luggage on final day. Gym was available to use when needed. Had a lovely stay here with my young daughter and my parents. The staff were friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble - the rooms were kept beautifully clean and there was a good selection of food for both adults and kids. The pool was lovely, if a little on the chilly side in February, and there is a lifeguard on duty from 10am-6pm. The location is great, close to the beach with shops, supermarkets and bike hire nearby. Additional thumbs up for the solar panels and sustainability efforts.
