Foram dias incríveis, muita natureza e descanso. O quarto é ótimo, bem espaçoso, assim como o banheiro gigantesco. A limpeza também impecável. Algo que gostamos muito foi a disponibilidade do hotel em fornecer toalhas para piscina praia, isso foi sensacional.

Os funcionários super prestativos e atenciosos, nos deram um bolo de chocolate e enfeitaram o quarto já que estávamos comemorando o aniversário de casamento Todavia as instalações parecem velhas, a cama dura e com buracos, o quarto ao lado que era uma casa estava em reforma mas parecia abandonado Sonhava em hospedar na rede sombra e água fresca, mas foi uma decepção pelas instalações.

Férias maravilhosas!

O hotel é maravilhoso… Estrutura muito boa e funcionários muito legais. A estadia também te dá direito a acessar as áreas comuns dos outros hotéis da mesma rede, o que é perfeito. O café da manhã estava sempre fresco, com boas opções… A praia do amor fica bem pertinho, mas prepare as pernas pra subir e descer a escadaria. Com relação ao centro, tbm é uma andada boa de mais ou menos 1km (não compensa ir de carro à noite por conta das ruas estreitas, ou então por não ter local para estacionar).

Hotel maravilhoso! Tem um lindo paisagismo tropical no estilo floresta, o atendimento de todos os funcionários é excelente e muito gentil, café da manhã delicioso, com destaque para as tapiocas feitas na hora. A massoterapeuta que me atendeu no spa do hotel também é excelente e muito simpática. A piscina principal do próprio hotel não tem agua aquecida, mas é possível utilizar a piscina do outro hotel de mesmo nome, bem pertinho, com água aquecida e uma linda vista. Nos ajudaram a agendar passeios de forma muito eficiente. Enfim, excelente experiência!

Lugar maravilhoso com otimas pessoas.

O hotel oferece uma estrutura maravilhosa, muito confortavel e limpo. Gostaria de ressaltar o atendimento da America na recepção, o Luiz Vicente no bar molhado do Resort, e o pessoal do cafe da manha no SPA. As piscinas sao lindas, perfeito para curtir apos um longo dia de praia. Super recomendo e pretento voltar em breve.

Boa estadia!!

O atendimento das pessoas foi espetacular, principalmente do Paulo do restaurante e bar da piscina. Alguns pontos que precisam melhorar: iluminação dos quartos, muito escuro e a falta de abajur, espelho no quarto para se vestir. No restaurante a comida é muito boa, exceto a picanha servida de péssima qualidade e impossível de ser comida pois estava extremamente muito dura, reclamei e ninguém veio me dar uma satisfação!!!

Piscina aquecida não funcionou. Chuveiros demoram mais de um minuto com água derramando para esquentar. Toalhas da piscina não são fornecidas no bar da piscina. No chek out foram adicionados itens que não foram consumidos do frigobar(águas com gás) . Questionada a atendente ficou falando no rádio procurando saber quem tinha realizado a checagem, isso enquanto eu esperava na recepção. Achei extremamente constrangedor. Somente neste hotel já fiquei mais de seis vezes contando o hotel e o spa floresta. Quem paga uma diária tão cara não se preocupa com o custo de uma água com gás, todavia ninguém pode pagar o que não consumiu. Deixei reclamação por escrito lá na avaliação do balcão. Fica aqui também meu registro de insatisfação!
