"Great location and view of the Ferris wheel and Alcatraz from our balcony, but hotel room was very run down. You could tell the property is in need of some major updates. Lobby was nice with games for the kids but rooms were very small and not very clean. Wish there was an easy breakfast option, we had to walk out to find some cafes in the morning. Easy to walk to many things at Pier 39 and near, but probably wouldn’t stay here again. "

"Great location near the Regency Ballroom, where my event was taking place. In-and-out parking is appreciated, as is parking until 2pm day of check-out. The room was spotless and everything was in decent shape, except for the bathroom fan that rattled loudly. Loved having a coffee maker, but there was only sugar, no half & half (Mini Moos would be great; powdered whitener is icky). "

"Room was spacious and clean. Whole hotel could use a good sprucing up. The restaurant (although we did not eat) but we sat at the bar is a lovely space. Location is great- far enough from the very "touristy" area of FW but lose enough to walk to little Italy and up Lombard Street heading into Polk street- highly recommend."

"Beautiful property that feels remote from the hectic nature of the city yet is convenient to the attractions of the Bay Area. We had a few issues that the hotel staff resolved to our satisfaction. One staff person was not gracious or friendly our first day but everyone else was so friendly and helpful that it made up for this first impression. We had a fabulous view of the Golden Gate Bridge and our room was well appointed and very comfortable."
