"There was a mix up with this property. They don’t take Credit Cards, only cash. The proprietor was very kind and accommodating and made an exception. The unit was on the 4th and 5th floor, no elevator which is typical for this area. Nonetheless, it was a long hike with our luggage. There were several things in the unit that were either not working or needed repair. They took care of them quickly. "walking distance. My only regret is that a balcony room wasn’t available. We had 3rd and beautiful view of beach/ocean but no balcony. Owner/manager was very pleasant. My only complaint was the dryer taking quite a long time to dry clothes but other than that, definitely worth every dime. Recommend travel to Omiš for water/land excursions (15 minutes away). "

"Great place to stay in Split. Near Supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Area has a very “local” feel with prices for food and drink in the area being much cheaper than in the old town. Facilities were lovely with plenty of room for our stay. Communication with Sandra was excellent, she was there to meet us and very helpful with advice and tips and a complimentary bottle of wine.
