"A wonderful older couple owns this motel. They were very friendly. We had a nice room. It's on a unique piece of property with a great water view! Secluded, quiet, and very clean room.
One small suggestion is since there was a coffee maker, it would have been nice to have some coffee and condiments to go with it. We loved our stay."
"I arrived after hours and the property representative was able to assist and check me in. I visit Sackville 4 times a year and there is new ownership. Some upgrades have been made as bathroom floor etc...
Slept well and was easy check out as well."
"We stayed at “Log Point” which is just down the road from the main inn. This made the room, and property in general, especially quiet and peaceful. The common spaces were warm and inviting overlooking the water. The king room was decorated in a classic decor, ample space, and nice large bathroom with a jetted tub. We didn’t use the tub only the shower. We were very comfortable.
We had breakfast at the main inn, where a classic breakfast was made to your taste. We did not have dinner but you have that as an option with a nice wine list. Staff were friendly and helpful.
If you want a peaceful, relaxing escape this is the perfect place."
"The house itself was amazing!! Personally, I'd get rid of the dolls - they were kind of creepy!
Dinner was delicious but took almost an hour even though we ordered in advance!"
"Breakfasts delicious
Very large room with sitting area.
Huge light and bright bathroom with artwork, two windows and a claw foot tub. Shower had two immaculately clear glass walls allowing one to enjoy the bathroom. There was an outdoor patio on the third floor as well as a large dining table. Jeff and Marasca kindly gave us dinnerware for our picnics (one indoors due to rain, one outdoors).
Accessible to HOPEWELL ROCKS and the plover migration (very lucky to see it mid August)
Lovely experience"
"The host is incredible friendly and kind. Really enjoys getting to meet the people staying there. Would it be nice to have my own bathroom and kitchen, rather than a shared one, yes it would. However, for the price, this place is a very good and sharing a bathroom and kitchen is definitely manageable.
Overall, I left feeling like I was staying at a relatives who I haven't seen in a while."
