"The room was very clean and kept so by with daily cleaning team . The beds were very comfortable and the shower/bathroom was great too. The corridors could benefit from an upgrade as they were a bit bland and looked tired. Unfortunately some of the guests ( on my floor) didn’t adhere to the no smoking policy which concerned me enough to mention it to the reception team. I didn’t want an evacuation in the middle of the night ! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout and housekeeping was similarly welcoming. I didn’t eat in the hotel as I was visiting family so ate with them however, It’s a great central location so very easy to use as a base to get around Logroño so for me was a perfect location. . I’d definitely consider returning for that reason."

"Driving into the hotel is difficult since is a Historic Area. The instructions I received in the Expedia Inbox were incorrect. You have to go Calle Sagasta 11 and turn right. You won't see the hotel sign going down that pedestrian street, so enter the hotel name right after you turn right so you know when to turn left to get to the lobby. Do no rent a large SUV as it won't fit in the carl elevator and maneuvering down there is close to impossible. Instructions given by the hotel staff were not that clear to arrive driving to the hotel other than the street name where you have to turn right. Other than getting there in rent car, the hotel is centric to all the bars in Laurel Street and rooms are very comfortable. The staff does not tell you you have to reserve way ahead of time to use the pool in the spa. So if you want to use it, rese4rve as soon as you check in "

"Great value stay for two nights. Comfortable room, good bed and decent breakfast. Good location for the town, reasonable bar and restaurant which was priced fairly. Very surprised there was no kettle & coffee making facilities in the room. Paper cups in the room, not glass which was odd. Gym open only from 10-2 and then 4-8."
